One of the in-game vehicles made a buyable deco item and given two new color options and new footprint. Plus new wheels and tyres that look more realistic. Found in Decorative - Miscellaneous and costs 2500 simoleons. Because if it doesn't function like a car it should at least cost something like one.
In-game vehicles as deco can be spawned via Twisted Mexi's cheat, but spawning sometimes can be tricky - for instance, if you've already built something on the lot. That's why I decided to make some of the deco cars buyable, and started with this one because it looks pretty cool, but has only one color option. The original object wasn't intended as a static item that would be studied in detail - that explains certain chunkiness of its mesh (noticeable in wheel arches), and its slightly grainy texture which deteriorates in quality when zooming out more noticeably than in other objects. Still, I think it looks good at certain angles and makes a nice prop.
Though they show up under one item in the catalogue, the 3 color variants are separate packages, and any of them works without the other 2. The grey one is basically original texture with minimal editing, here you can see it beside the original:

I also edited the car's footprint so sims won't stand in the middle of the bonnet. The buyable car has 2x5 footprint vs 2x2 of the original.
Sims can view it like any other deco item, and that's, sadly, the only interaction they can have with any car in Sims 4 at the moment. The fact that it's a stationary car is even referenced in the second part of its in-game name - in case you wonder what it means, it roughly translates from Italian as 'immobile'. The first part kinda explains itself, I hope.
