A wooden tree-house for free-spirited nature lovers who want to live green, eat green and stay fit. Not only is it virtually bathed in green, it also features a green energy source - solar panel on the roof. The indoor space, though small, has all the basic necessities and some extras. Back door opens to a big awning where sims can play cards and craft. From there a ladder leads to the garden, that provides the green eating part, and below the deck there's a place to work on your fitness or just relax in the shade, screened from the street by shrubbery. Behind the garden some free space to put a telescope or a rocket building site if you feel like it.
Building this house I wanted to create a slightly rustic atmosphere and the feeling of a place with some history, a place which gives its inhabitants a lot of privacy - a serene little world. It is designed for a family with children or teens. Two gardens - a smaller one in front and a large picturesque backyard with barbecue area - give nature-loving sims plenty of room for their botanical ambitions. If caring for plants leaves them a little spare time, they can paint, relax by the fireplace or play and play a violin-piano duet.
This small old-fashioned cottage occupies Crick Cabana's place in Willow Creek. Conveniently situated near two fishing spots and an entrance to hidden world, it's perfect for passionate fishermen, gardeners and other sims who enjoy exploring the neighborhood. Small in size, it still offers a lot for sims: a garden, a pool on a terrace overlooking the river, items to develop diverse skills and space to display stuff they've collected on their journeys. I tried to give it a vintage style, but with a fresh feeling, so all ages from young adult to elder might feel at home, but taking the price into account it works better for a retired couple than as a starter (if you don't cheat, of course :3).
